Bosch Concept Dough Hook US
Some of the Concept mixer packages include the "European dough hook"
rather than the heavy duty dough hook, sometimes called the U.S. dough hook
(pictured here). If you want to make more than two loaves of bread at a time in
your Concept, we recommend using this heavy duty U.S. dough hook. It is 100%
stainless steel, no plastic componants like the Euro hook, and does an
outstanding job of engaging a full load of dough for the fast, complete kneading
and development of the dough gluten you need to make great bread. This dough
hook comes standard with the Concept 7010 package.
