Great for grinding whole-grains into flour. The manufacturer has recently changed the milling heads to mill even finer flour. I have tried the new mill and the texture is as fine as our electric Vitalmill. That is fine. It will grind cracked wheat and coarsely ground cereals.
To adjust, simply tighten or loosen the knob, holding the handle on for fine flour to very course cracked grain.
