How do I cange my order?
If you need to change your order you will need to call us as soon as possible to ensure you receive the items that you would like. We're available Monday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm MST at 801-562-1212. 

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order you will need to call us as soon as possible to ensure it gets cancelled before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped it may not be cancelled. We're available Monday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm MST at 801-562-1212. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently we only ship the to United States and Canada.

Does your site charge sales tax?
If you order is being shipped to an address outside of Utah you will not be charged sales tax. If your order is being shipped to an address in Utah the items will be charged the applicable tax rates.

Cooking Classes

Am I required to wear a mask while at a cooking class?
Yes, in accordance with the current mask mandate in Salt Lake County, all people over the age of 2 years old are required to wear a mask while inside our store regardless of vaccination status. 

Are your cooking classes available online?
We currently do not offer any of our classes online. 

How much do your cooking classes cost?
Almost all of our cooking classes are free!

How long are classes?
Most classes are 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

What is the format of the classes?
All of our classes are demonstrations. We have seats set up in our kitchen where you watch our instructors cook and share all of the information you need to know for that class. At the end of the class a sample of everything made is passed out.

How do I register for a class?
Registration for classes is only available online through the Eventbrite website. We send out an email every week with the link to register for the next class. 

Do I need to register for a class?
Yes! Even though our classes are free we still require you to register through Eventbrite so that we can prepare for the correct number of people.

Eventbrite shows the class I want is sold out. Can I still come?
You are always welcome to call us to see if anyone has cancelled their registration, however once the class is full it is full. We allow 40 people to sign up for each class, so you can imagine how full the kitchen gets! 

Do you offer any private cooking classes?
Yes, we do. Private classes will only be held in the store at 5:30 pm Monday - Saturday. To arrange menu's and reservations please call us at 801-562-1212. 

The minimum cost for a private cooking class is $500 and covers the cost of ingredients, an instructor, and is allowed up to 10 guests. The price for every additional guest is $50. A maximum of 20 total guests will be allowed. A deposit of $250 will be required at the time the reservation is made and is refundable up to 48 hours in advance. The balance will be paid the day of the event before the event starts. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the time of the event will not be refunded. 

Gift Cards

Are gift cards available for purchase online?
Yes, when purchasing a gift card online you will be sent a virtual gift card. Virtual gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the contact email entered at checkout. Click Here to purchase a gift card online.

Can I use my gift card anywhere in your company?
Yes! Virtual gift cards and traditional gift cards can be used in-store, on our website, or when ordering by phone. When checking out online, underneath the subtotal there is the option to enter a gift card.

I have an old gift card. Can I still use it?
Yes! Our gift cards never expire. 

How can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check the balance of your gift card by clicking HERE

Can I return a gift card or redeem it for cash?
All gift card purchases are final sale and may not be redeemed for cash. If an item is returned that was originally purchased using a gift card, the return amount will be placed on a new gift card. 

Do you charge shipping for gift cards?
No! All gift cards purchased on our website are virtual gift cards sent via email therefore no shipping is necessary.

Can I buy a gift card with a custom amount?
Currently gift cards purchased on our website are only available in $25, $50, $100, $200, and $400. We can create a gift card with a custom amount for you over the phone or in-store. 

Gifts & Registry

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Can I write a gift message?
Yes! Just write your message in the "notes" section when checking out and it will appear on the printed copy included with the shipment.

Can I return a gift?
We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our store and website. If you aren't satisfied with a gift you've received, simply return it within 30 days of your event date or purchase date, whichever is later, and provide proof of purchase (a receipt, gift receipt or gift registry showing the purchased item). We'll either replace the item or exchange it for another item or a Kitchen & Pantry Gift Card equal to the amount of the returned item. If you have an original purchase receipt, you may be eligible for a refund for the purchase price. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted. Please see Returns and Exchanges for additional information about returning your gift.

Payment Options

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept Paypal. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, all order transactions are completed using a secure site.

Do you store credit card information?
No! In fact we never even see your credit card information. All credit card processing is done through a secure third party website (WorldPay). 

How do I use PayPal to pay for my orders?
You can use PayPal to quickly and securely pay for your orders at MyKitchenCenter.com. While you're checking out, select PayPal as your payment method. You can also click the Check Out with PayPal button in your shopping cart.

You'll need to sign up for a PayPal account if you don't already have one. You can do this while you're checking out after you select it as your payment method. You can also visit PayPal to create an account at any time.

Once you choose to use PayPal, you'll be taken to their site to verify your financial details, then returned to our site to complete your transaction.

Note: PayPal is not a payment option in our stores.
