Knife Sharpening

We are happy to offer in-store knife sharpening. We can sharpen straight edge stainless steel knives and scissors. We can also sharpen the tips of serrated knives but cannot sharpenen inbetween the tips. We cannot sharpen ceramic or damaged knives.

When bringing in your knives it is best to wrap them in a kitchen towl rather than in a bag or in the knife block. After you bring home your sharpened knives, wash and dry them thoroughly before putting them away or using them.

Sharpening times vary, but typically you will have to drop off your knives and they can be picked up the next day. Knives and scissors cost $0.89 per inch. Both sides of scissors are counted when sharpening.
