Shipping & Store Pickup:

Store Pickup
If you live in the Salt Lake City area, get your items faster by selecting free in-store pickup at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email for your order and a separate email notification when your order is ready to pickup. Once you receive your confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up you have 14 days to pickup the order. After 14 days the order will be refunded and the item(s) will not be held. For orders greater than $200, the credit card used for the purchase along with a matching photo id that matches the name on the order will be required at the time of pickup.

Shipping

Shipping Times
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2 - 4 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 2 - 6 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada can take up to 14 business days. 

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled up until it has shipped. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled and will have to be returned in accordance with the return policy after you have received it. If you need to cancel an order please call us as soon as possible at 801-562-1212, Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm MST. 


Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.

Standard Shipping
We ship most U.S. orders via UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

International Shipping
Currently we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will ship via USPS. All duties and taxes required by the Canadian government are the responsibility of the customer.

Expedited Shipping (2 Day & Overnight)
Expedited Shipping is available for most products in our online store and is only available for orders within the contiguous U.S. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the product(s). We CANNOT ship 2 day or express shipping to PO boxes. If you place an express order with a PO box our team will contact you for a different shipping address or your order will be cancelled.  Orders placed before 2 p.m. MST will be shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. MST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday - Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. 

Drop Shipping
Items will be noted in the product description if they are drop ship only. Drop ship only means that the item is being shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and is not in our warehouse. Please allow additional shipping time for drop ship items. Because we are not stocking these items in our warehouse availability can change quickly. We will do our best to keep availability as up to date as possible and will notify you if an item you have ordered is unavailable.

Product Availability
We make every effort to offer the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product's availability date changes. 

Pricing Policy
All prices in our stores and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain items, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
