The unique design of a bow knife allows us to use a blade that is insanely sharp and will stay sharp for many years to come. The spine of the knife acts as a guide as you cut your slice, helping you get a straighter slice of bread, no matter the thickness.

• As a natural product, the wood may require some TLC after some use.  If necessary, give it a light sand and apply some food-grade oil
