Surprise! Chocolate melts in the heat. While we will do our best to get your chocolate to you as quickly as possible to avoid heat damage, it is sometimes unavoidable. Due to high summer temperatures, chocolate products may soften or melt during transit. This is especially common with melting wafers, which may arrive misshapen—but don’t worry! They can still be remelted and will perform just as well in your recipes. Please note that we will not accept returns on chocolate items due to melting or becoming mishapen if they are ordered during the months on May - September.
