Our Stainless Steel Dough Bowl with a bottom drive has a European dough hook that attaches to the bottom of the bowl! This makes it perfect for large quantities of bread dough because there is no center column. This Stainless Steel Bowl does not lock onto the mixer, but it will work with all Universal mixers. Please note that this bowl is not compatible with wire whips, cookie paddles, or cake paddles. You can only use the European dough hook that is included.

The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down. Four suction feet on the base grip the mixer to your counter for optimum stability. Choose from 4 speeds with pulse. Convenient cord storage. Since the development of the Bosch mixer in 1952, they have had a strong history of excellence. From the beginning, this stand mixer was designed to make the endless chore of cooking and baking easier. Within four years of the Bosch mixer being on the market, it won awards for design and excellent functionality and became known as the best stand mixer for making loaves of bread.

This history of excellence doesn’t end with the first Bosch mixer. In fact, for many families, their Bosch mixer is an heirloom, which has been passed down from one generation to the next.
