Chopped Grinder Salad/Sandwich
Instructions:
Place dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Just before serving add in the sliced onion, pepperoncini, tomatoes, provolone, salami, and turkey. Top with lettuce and toss well to combine and coat with dressing.
For a sandwich version of this salad: layer the lettuce, onion, tomato, pepperoncini, cheese and meat on a cutting board and chop to desired size with a sharp knife. Move ingredients to a large bowl and cover with dressing to taste.
Note: If you want to prepare this in advance of serving, do not add the dressing until ready to serve. Stored separately, the salad and dressing will keep for several days. If ingredients are combined, they should be consumed or refrigerated and served the next day.
