With the pro series dough hook the dough hook extender is unnecessary as it is built directly onto the paddle, making kneading as little as one loaf of bread (3 cups flour) or up to 12 1-pound loaves of bread with either white or whole grain flour with ease. The bowl scraper can be used with the wire whips, cookie paddles, or cake paddles and scrapes the bowl down as it mixes!

The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down. The dough hook can mix up to 34 dozen cookies in a batch. Four suction feet on the base grip the mixer to your counter for optimum stability. Choose from 4 speeds with pulse. Convenient cord storage. Test kitchen tips: Always make sure that you use softened butter and brown sugar when using the cookie paddles or cake paddles. If the mixing bowl is half full or less, cookie paddles and cake paddles work great! If the bowl is half full or more, use the cookie paddles to cream your wet ingredients then switch to the dough hook when adding your dry ingredients (the dough hook is great for folding flour into cookie doughs without over mixing). The plastic bowl, splash ring, center lid, plastic whip drive, wire whips, cookie paddles, cake paddles, bowl scraper, and pro series dough hook are all dishwasher safe! The metal whip drive is hand wash only. The metal drive shaft twists counterclockwise out of the bottom of the bowl for easier cleaning!
